柴油机双层隔振系统半主动模糊控制

摘要 针对柴油机的双层主动隔振系统,提出了基于MR阻尼器的半主动模糊控制方法。通过建立柴油机双层隔振的半主动控制模型,设计了双输入单输出的模糊控制器,根据经验和理论分析制定了模糊控制规则,运用MATLAB软件对被动控制与半主动控制联合建模并仿真。结果表明:与被动控制相比,半主动模糊控制具有良好的控制效果,能够进一步提高柴油机的减振效果。 This paper is an attempt to study semi-active fuzzy control based on MR damper for active diesel engine two-stage vibration isolation. The paper proposes a semi-active fuzzy control model and features the design of fuzzy controller with two inputs and one output. The development of the fuzzy control rules based on experiences and theoretieal analysis and simulation of passive control and semiactive control by using MATLAB software show that the semi-active fuzzy control shows more effective performance than the conventional passive control, hence further improvement in reducing vibration of diesel engine.
