摘要
透射法测量输油管道油垢厚度,是一种无损检测的方法.利用Monte-Carlo方法模拟了γ射线穿透输油管这一过程,模拟计算结果与实验结果符合得较好,进一步采用加权法进行模拟,改进了方差.得到了γ射线穿透率与管道中油垢厚度的响应关系,为生产中无损检测输油管道油垢厚度,以及检测仪的研制提供了重要的参考依据.
The study on the grease stain thickness of petroleum pipeline was carried out by transmission method which is unwasted. The simelated result of γ-ray passing through petroleum pipeline by Monte-Calo method agrees with the experimented result. Then the weighted method was considered to improve the variance. The response relationship between decay rate of γ-ray and grease stain thickness was found, by means of the unwasted transmission method and the development of measuring instrument.
