The Control System of Digital Temperature Sensor Based on PSoC

PSoC微处理器是Cypress公司推出的一种现场可编程片上系统。片内备有模拟和数字模块,用户可根据开发需要随意调用模块,实现混合信号阵列的动态配置。本文简单介绍了PSoC(Programmable System On—Chip)的主要功能及其实现结构,以及内部温度传感模块FlashTemp的结构和工作原理,然后详细阐述了系统的硬件电路结构和完成相关功能的软件设计方案。

The PSoC Microprocessor is a programmable system on chip from Cypress company.Its inside includes digital and analog blocks,which the users can transfer freely baseing the requirement and implement the dynamic configuration of the mixed-signal array.This paper introduce a programmable system-chip PSoC（Programmable System On-Chip）,it＇ s key function and implementation structure,as well as the configuration and theory of Flash Temp User Module,meanwhile expounding the hardware circuit structure and the software designing of relevant functions of the system in detail.
