摘要
目的观察“四手操作”护理流程在口腔洁牙中的应用效果。方法2007年1～12月在口腔洁牙过程中，为240例患者实施“四手操作”护理流程。结果患者对洁牙诊室医生护士满意度为99．2％，对洁牙技术员的操作满意度为95．4％，对洁牙诊室满意度为97．1％。结论在口腔洁牙过程中，采用“四手操作”护理流程可提高患者的舒适度和满意度。
Objective To observe the effectiveness of ＂four-handed operation＂ nursing in teeth cleaning. Method ＂Four-handed operation＂ nursing was strictly carried out in teeth cleaning. Result The patients＇ satisfaction rates on nurses, technicians＇ cooperation and sterilization of the consulting room were 99. 2%, 95.4% and 97. 1%, respectively. Conclusion ＂Four-handed operation＂ nursing in teeth cleaning increases patients＇ comfort and satisfaction rates.
