15例自体外周造血干细胞移植治疗多发性骨髓瘤的护理

目的总结自体外周造血干细胞移植治疗多发性骨髓瘤的护理方法。方法回顾性分析15例患者化学药物治疗(化疗)及自体外周造血干细胞移植过程中重点护理内容。结果本组患者两次自体外周造血干细胞移植后,均未检出与多发性骨髓瘤有关的血清M-蛋白及免疫球蛋白,IgA、IgG、IgD均达到正常值范围,尿本周氏蛋白达到阴性。结论做好化疗后血管的护理、骨痛的护理、感染的预防及化疗毒副反应的护理对于保证多发性骨髓瘤患者造血干细胞移植后的治疗效果具有重要作用。

Objective To summarize the nursing of multiple myeloma treated by hematopoietie stem cell transplantation. Method Nursing points in caring for 15 patients with multiple myeloma treated by chemotherapy and hematopoietie stem cell transplantation were retrospectively analyzed. Results After hematopoietie stem cell transplantation, multiple myeloma-rdated serum protein M was not detected and IgA, IgG and IgD were in normal range. Benee Jones protein was negative. Conclusion Nursing of blood vessels, ostalgia and side effects of chemotherapy is important to the therapeutic effectiveness of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in patients with muhiple myeloma.
