摘要
目的提高颈髓损伤患者对疾病康复及日常保健的认识和自我护理能力。方法将96例颈髓损伤出院患者的资料登记入册,于出院后7 d、1个月通过电话回访进行健康指导。结果96例中93例获访,其中43例存在健康问题,需接受医护人员指导和帮助。经电话回访式健康指导,存在健康问题均得到不同程度的解决。讨论电话回访式健康指导是一种简便、高效的医疗服务举措,不仅促进患者的遵医行为,提高患者的身心独立能力,还有利于完善出院指导。
Objective To improve patients' awareness of disease recovery and everyday self care of cervical cord injury. Method A total of 96 patients with cervical cord injury were registered and were given health education through call visits seven days and one month after being discharged from hospital. Results Among 93 patients who received call visits, 43 patients had health problems and needed help from medical staff. Health education through call visits resolved patients' problems to different degrees. Conclusion Health education through call visits can easily and effectively improve patients' compliance with doctor's advice, improve patients' physical and mental independence, and perfect discharge instruction.
