摘要
探讨大学生自我监控能力的现状,既是提高大学生的学习质量的需要,也是加强和改进大学生心理健康教育工作的客观要求。本文通过采用Snyder编制的《自我监控问卷》调查分析七所高校455名大学生自我监控能力的状况,来分析当代大学生自我监控的水平和特点,进而为大学心理健康教育工作提供依据。
Studying on the status of college students' self-monitoring capability is needs both for enhancing their studying qualifies but also improving mental health education for college students. This article made a survey of 455 college students from 7 colleges with the "self-monitoring questionnaire" authorized by Sayder, analyzes their capacity characteristics in order to provide evidence for college students' mental health education.
