A New Approach to International Law under the context of Ontology

国际法的本体,就是关于国际法本质的抽象存在,是一切关于国际法的现象与意识的来源。在国际法研究中引入本体与本体论概念最大的意义,在于将对国际法本质问题与非本质问题的研究区分开来。本体论语境下的国际法研究新进路包括:否定之否定规律;现实主义、自由主义与建构主义的结合;自然法与实在法的结合;西方文化与东方文化的结合。

The noumenon of international law is the essence of international law, which explains the origin of all the phenomenon and ideology about international law. The greatest significance of the research which introduces the concept of noumenon and ontology is that the research distinguishes the researches on the essence of international law from the researches on the nonessential problems of international law. Under the context of ontology, the new approach to international law incorporates the law of negation of negation, realism and so on.
