湖北省农村集中供养五保老人生活质量研究

A Study on The Quality of Life Among Elderly Population in Institution of Hubei Province

为了解湖北省农村福利院集中供养五保老人生活质量及其相关影响因素,利用中文SF-36量表对900例湖北省农村60岁及以上的集中供养五保老人、分散中供养五保老人和普通老年人进行调查。经多因素分析结果显示,五保老人的生活质量不仅要注意疾病、体力劳动、担心的问题等方面,更要注重不同供养环境对其产生的影响。

To study the present situation the quality of life and influential factors among centralized support rural Wu--Bao seniors in institution of Hubei province, health survey scales of SF--36 Chinese version were employed in the inventory. The study sample consisted of 900 seniors that centralized support rural wu bao seniors,decentralized support ones and ordinary seniors in Hubei. Health survey scales of SF--36 Chinese version were employed in the inventory. The multiple stepwise regression analysis of the effect factor of QOL of the elderly is four factors. To improve the quality of life of rural wu--bao seniors, the health work should be carried out with the emphasis not only on chronic diseases,labor,feeling after labor, worries but also on different situation of their lives.
