澳大利亚老年保健服务现况分析及其对我国的启示

Analysis of Current Situation of The Senior Citizens' Health-service in Australia and Its Inspiration to China

通过对澳大利亚老年保健的提供和筹资与费用等具体问题介绍和分析,认为澳大利亚提供的老年保健服务是多维度、多层次和连续性的,家庭与社区照护对提高老年人的生活质量起了重要的作用。我国老龄化进程在加速,在社区卫生服务的政策和实践中,却显示出老年卫生保健策略不明确、资源缺乏和协调不力等问题,对照两国老年保健服务现况提出针对性意见和建议。

Through introducing and analyzing concrete problems, such as providing, funding, and expense on Australian seniors＇ health--service, we considered the service multi--diversion, multi--level, and continuous one. Cares from family and community play important roles in enhancing living--quality of old people. As to current situation of seniors＇ health-- service in China that has stepped into an old--aged society, the progress of aging has been accelerated, and increasing attention has been paid on seniors＇ health--care by lots of aspects in China. In the policy and practice of community health-- service, however, the strategy of seniors＇ health--service is still not quite clear. Problems such as lacking of resources and disharmonious coordination still exist. Concerning suggestion have been provided according to current situations of seniors＇ health--care in the two countries.
