华南地区桔小实蝇田间种群抗药性的监测 被引量:34

摘要 在2005年对华南地区桔小实蝇抗药性动态监测的基础上,2006年继续采用药膜法测定了广东、广西、海南、福建、云南等5个省11个地区桔小实蝇种群对敌百虫、高效氯氰菊酯、阿维菌素的抗性。结果表明:桔小实蝇对敌百虫的抗性有9个种群已达到中等水平抗性,分别为10.01-38.84倍,仅海口与河源2个种群为低水平抗性,分别为7.89倍和8.70倍;对高效氯氰菊酯的抗性有4个种群达到中等水平抗性,分别为10.62-33.89倍,有6个种群为低水平抗性,分别为4.71-9.96倍,元江种群仍为敏感水平,为2.14倍;对阿维菌素的抗性广州种群已达到高水平抗性,为42.5l倍,其余有9个种群达中等水平抗性,为16.52-39.19倍,元江种群处于低水平抗性,为7.19倍。 On the basis of resistance monitoring of oriental fruit fly Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel) in 2005,the resistances from populations of Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Fujian, Yunnan Provinces to three insecticides were determined again by vial residue in laboratory in 2006. The results showed that to Trichlorphon, the resistances exhibited by 9 populations were middle level(10. 01-38. 84 fold), and only two populations(Haikou and Heyuan) exhibited low level resistances(7. 89 and 8. 70 fold). To Alp-harmethrin,4 populations exhibited resisatnces of moderate level (10. 62-33.89 fold), six populations exhibited resistances of low level(4.71-9. 96 fold), only the resistance of Yuanjiang population was still susceptible. To Abamectin, the resistance of Guangzhou population was of high level (42. 51 fold), the resistances of nine populations were of moderate level (16. 52-39. 19 fold), and the resistance of Yuanjiang population was of low level(7. 19 fold).
