摘要
按照虚拟仪器设计的思想,以Lab VIEW作为开发平台,应用光电传感器,建立了精密排种器漏播虚拟仪器检测系统。通过对检测系统的标定、对所测粒距样本的试验结果分析,得出了排种器的合格率、重播率、漏播率、标准差及变异系数等排种指标,验证了检测系统的可靠性和准确性。设计了漏播补偿电磁阀驱动电路,当检测到的粒距大于理论粒距的1.5倍时视为漏播,此时将检测的信号反馈给数据采集卡PCI-6040E的计数器端,通过计数器产生高电平脉冲能够准确触发执行机构进行补种。
In the paper, the precise seed-meter virtual instrumentation(VI) testing system has been designed that according to the VI design idea and by using electro-optical sensor and VI based on combined software and hardware,gaving priority to software. The seed-meter quality indexes, such as quali-fied,rebroadcast, absence, average, standard deviation and variance modulus etc had been obtained by marking the system and analyzed the grain distance of sample testing result. The dependability and accuracy of system had been validated. The electric circuit to detect the seed leakage and the compensating electromagnetic valve had been designed. When the distance between the grainsris longer than 1.5 times of the theoretic value, the system would feedback the signal to the data acquisition card of PCL-6040 counter end, and the counter would produce the high pulse accurately to trigger the implementing organ to broudcast shooted seeds.
