自学考试面向农村的主要困难与对策研究——以江西自学考试为例

Research on Strategies to the Difficulties in the Countryside-oriented Higher Education Serf-taught Examinations Systemp——the Case of Jiangxi Province

自学考试面向农村，是今后一个时期自学考试的一项中心工作和主要任务。江西省自学考试一直坚持面向农村，采取考点下廷，政策倾斜，经费扶持等措施．收到了扩大自学考试社会影响，节省考生开支。方便考生，锻炼培养自学考试干部的良好效果。尽管如此，仍然面临农村自学考试生源下降，考务经费不足等困难。本文有针对性地提出了破解自学考试面向农村有关难题的对策建议，即要提高认识，加强领导．增强使命感和责任感；开设适农的专业和课程，尤其要增大实践操作课程的权重和更新实践操作的考核办法；开设面向县级工业园区的各种考试，实行课程内容和岗位技术“无缝”对接；发挥中职、中专和技工学校的作用，为农村培养应用人才；落实责任。搞好考务人员培训，建设良好考风；继续对农村县级考点实行“放水养鱼”的政策倾斜和经费补贴。

Countryside-oriented self-taught examinations are the main focus and primitive task for the provincial self-taught exam committee from now and until further notice. Countryside-oriented self-taught examinations system in Jiangxi Province has adopted many measures, such as exam site set-up in the countryside, favorable policies, and economic assistance, all of which have greatb, impressed the public. These measures make it possible for the village people to attend the self-taught examinations in their hometown so as to save their transportation and other cost, offer the convenience to the students, train the exam administrators. However, the system is facing difficulties such as the decreasing number of the village people set for the self-taught examinations and a shortage of administrative expenditure for the self-taught examinations. This article specifically proposes suggestions addressing the problem-solving strategies in the countrysideoriented self-taught examinations system, giving the light to useful strategies, which are illustrated respectively in the article as follow： 1） raise the awareness of the development of the countryside-oriented self-taught examinations system as a main task in self-taught examinations area, enhance the leadership and highlight the importance of responsibility; 2） set agriculture-related subjects and courses, weigh up practical courses and renew assessment strategies for the practical courses; 3） set up specific exams for the county-based industrial area, perfect the linking of curriculum contents with skills for the specific work post; 4） cultivate practical talents for the countryside at professional and technical schools; 5） train the exam administrators, keep good exam disciplines at the exam-sites and give support to country; based countryside-oriented self-taught examinations system with favorable policies and economic assistance.
