高速列车制动盘寿命预测系统设计与实现

摘要 基于断裂力学有关原理对制动盘寿命进行预测。根据应力强度因子理论,提出用断裂率Kr以及载荷率Sr为失效双判据的缺陷评定图对含裂纹的制动盘进行安全评定的方法。在VB环境下,以Paris公式为理论依据,对制动盘剩余寿命预测系统进行设计并实现。系统采用模块设计思想,能够根据给定的数据对制动盘进行快速有效的评估分析、合理评价及寿命预测,对提高我国高速列车基础制动系统的可靠性和安全性具有重要的实用价值。 Based on fracture mechanics theory, Life Estimation System is done for high- speed train brake disc. A method of FAD which evaluating defect and lifespan of the brake disc with flaw assessment the fracture ratio ( ) and load ratio ( ) for high - speed train is put forward according to the theory of stress intensity factor. Using VB, flaw assessment system has been developed to evaluate defect and life span of the brake disc based on Paris formula. The design idea is based on function modular, and it has openness, and could be extended extension. The system has some functions including flaw assessment, proper evaluation and life estimation of the brake disc according to given data. It has very important engineering application value for improving safety and reliability of braking system of high- speed train.
