摘要 介绍十字端齿盘在机车驱动系统中的应用,并系统阐述了十字端齿盘的结构特点,主要参数的选择原则,齿形强度计算和齿面接触应力。在ANSYS中建立十字端齿盘的有限元模型,在机车启动和极限两种工况下进行端齿的强度分析。通过分析端齿的Von-Mises应力和齿面接触应力,得出齿根内侧的Von-Mises应力较大,最大值在右侧第二个齿的内侧角点。齿面上下边缘的接触应力比中间大,齿面内侧比外侧大,但均在材料的许用应力范围内。 The application of cross crown wheel in drive system for locomotive is introduced. The structure characteristic of cross crown wheel, choosing principle of key parameters, the calculation of teeth strength and contact stress of teeth are expounded. The finite element model of cross crown wheel is founded, and the strength of teeth in two conditions, start- up and high- point for locomotive, is analyzed.They are obtained that the Von- Mises stress of inboard dedendumis bigger, and the biggest stress is in the inboaxd corner of the second tooth on the right, by analyzing the Von - Mises stress and contact stress of teeth. The value of contact stress in the top and bottom parts of teeth is bigger than in the middle part, that of in the inboaxd is bigger than in the outboard, and they are all in the range of permissible stress.
