摘要
采用ANSYS通用有限元分析软件,对大功率机车电机小齿轮在不同支撑方式下的齿面接触强度和齿根弯曲强度进行了分析,并根据齿轮不同支撑的啮合状态,分析了不同支撑方式对齿轮啮合可靠性的影响。分析表明,在载荷相同的情况下,不同的支撑方式对电机小齿轮的强度和可靠性影响很大。在各种支撑结构中,两端支撑结构最优,悬臂结构最差。
It is analyzed the tooth face contact intensity and gear- base bend intensity of motor pinion of high- power locomotive through ANSYS, the general fimite element analysis software; And analyzed the influences of reliability of gear - joggle through states of gear joggle in different support modes. As indication of analysis, different support modes influence the intensity and reliability of motor pinion greatly under the same load. Mode of both sides of pinion support is excellent and mode of inner side of pinion support is worst in all of the different modes.
