The Way of Solving Public Crisis in a Risk Society

随着经济全球化的日益加快,当今社会已经被异化为"风险社会",独具普遍性、突发性、不可预测性及共振性特质的风险时刻在拷问我国政府的公共危机管理能力。基于风险社会的理性考量,在对我国当前应对社会公共危机的制度现状检视的基础上,进行了缺陷性分析并及时地提出了相契合的应因之策,以期为当前我国社会系统工程实践中公共危机的治理与善治开拓出一条新的路径。

With the fast pace of economy globalization, the contemporary society has been aliened to a ＂risk society＂. The characteristics of crisis of catholicity, abruptness, inscrutability and resonance always cross - examine the government management of public crisis. On the basis of reasonable investigation of risk society and the present system of social public crisis management, some strategies are put forward in order to help build a new road for the management of public crisis.
