研究玛纳斯河流域水资源开发利用中负面影响的主要目的是为了实现流域水资源优化配置,保障水资源开发利用与生态环境保护、经济建设协调发展,做到人与自然的和谐,实现流域经济快速可持续发展。
The purpose of studying the negative influence in the Manas River Basin water resources devel- opment is to realize the basin water resources optimization disposition, ensure the water resources development use, the ecological environmental protection and economic development develop coordinately, realizes the human and the nature harmonious and the economy develop fast and sustainable.
