摘要
阐述了图们江流域水资源、水能资源和水资源开发利用现状,探讨了流域水污染、水土流失和农村饮水安全问题,提出了应搞好流域规划、强化水资源管理、控制水环境污染、注重饮用水安全、建立节水型社会、合理开发小水电、重视湿地保护、提高依法执政能力和开展国际合作等水资源开发利用战略措施。
The current situation of water resources, water power and theirs development and utilization in Tumen River Basin are expounded. Then, the basin water pollution, soil erosion and drinking water safety in rural areas are discussed. Finally, the strategy for development and utilization of water resources is put forward, that is, to make out the river basin program, strengthen water resources management, control water pollution, care about drinking water safety, establish watersaving society, develop mini water power, keep wetland protection in mind, improve ability in power administrative and carry out in international co - oporation.
