国内早期修建的土石坝因设计、施工、运行管理等方面存在的问题,在经过长期内外因素影响下,坝体安全受到严重影响,应及时对此类大坝进行安全鉴定。结合湖北省荆门市高山水库工程实例,介绍该工程安全鉴定的主要技术工作内容,为其他类似坝型安全鉴定提供参考和借鉴。

For the earth - rock dams built earlier in China, there existed problems in design, construction and management;and their security have been seriously impacted under the long - term effect of various both internal and external factors. So it is very urgent to give a appraisal of their safely in time. Now taking Gaoshan Reservoir and Dam in Jingmen City of Hubei Province as an example, I introduce the skills in the appraisal.
