MapInfo operate software is the chief product of MapInfo in America, which can provide resolvent of leading commercial plot and exact data analysis, is the leading analytic software of plot and geography. In this paper, we had reviewed the characters of this software, and indicated there is a good future of it＇ s application in South - to - North Water Transfer Project.
