切削用量选择对车刀刀具使用寿命的仿真模型研究

摘要 随着机械加工技术的提升,怎样提高车削加工过程中的刀具使用寿命摆在了操作人员的面前。通过数学建模和仿真软件的方法,事先对相关的加工过程进行仿真建模,提前预测加工情况。对切削条件和加工参数进行优化,能够在选择切削用量的时候也同时进行优化,在刀具快要磨损前进行更换,能够避免实际加工过程中由于刀具的振动、加工过程中的失稳使正在加工的零件产生质量缺陷。 Along with did the machinery processing technology popularization, how enhance in the numerical control turning processing process the cutting tool service life to suspend at operator's front.This article through mathematics modelling and the simulation software method, beforehand carries on the simulation modelling to the related processing process, forecasts the processing situation ahead of time.Like this we can very good to cut the condition and the processing parameter carry on the optimization, can in choice knife point radius time also simultaneously carries on the optimization before, soon wears in the cutting tool carries on the replacement, can avoid in the actual processing process because in the cutting tool vibration, the processing process jitter for is processing the components have the quality flaw.
