摘要
油井智能法分层找水测试技术的核心是智能找水测试仪的研制,智能找水测试仪是集压力测试、温度测试、定时开关为一体的智能化井下找水测试装置。以该仪器为主体的分层找水测试工艺管柱的配套工具还有封隔器、后投凡尔、伸缩管及高压丝堵等,其工艺流程为在地面设定温度、压力参数采集间隔及找水开关换向时间,地面测得单层产液、含水等数据,井下测取压力、温度数据。现场进行的试验结果表明,该项技术可以明确油层特性、确定出水层位,为油藏分析及下一步措施的制定提供依据。
The essence of separate layer water detection technique is the invention of intelligent water detection instrument, which integrate the functions of pressure measurement, temperature measurement and time limit switch. The instrument offers optional equipments sueh as packer, subsequent valve, compensating pipe and high pressure blank plug etc. the working flow of the intelligent water detection instrument is that firstly set the temperature, pressure parameter collection interval and turnaround time of water detection switch before it is set down, and then measure the single layer fluid production and water cut, which are also done on the ground, after that, set the instrument down and measure the downhole pressure and temperature. Field application and experiments indicate that the instrument could clearly identify the feature of the reservoir and determine the water yield formation, and thus providing reference for reservoir description and further treatments.
