Integrinα5β3及CD44v6在甲状腺滤泡状良恶性肿瘤中的表达差异

Different expression of integrinα5β3 and CD44v6 in follicular thyroid carcinoma and follicular thyroid adenoma

目的研究integrinα5β3、CD44v6在甲状腺滤泡状良、恶性肿瘤中的表达差异及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测60例甲状腺滤泡状癌（A组），60例甲状腺滤泡状腺瘤（B组），以及60例正常甲状腺（C组）组织标本中integrinα5β3、CD44v6的表达。结果在A组中integrinα5β3阳性率为56．67％，CD44v6的阳性率为58．33％；B组中integrinα5β3阳性表达率为11．67％，CD44v6阳性表达率为10．00％；A、B两组比较，integrinα5β3、CD44v6阳性表达率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；C组中无阳性表达。结论integrinα5β3、CD44v6在甲状腺滤泡状良、恶性肿瘤中的表达差异有统计学意义，这有助于临床上甲状腺滤泡状良、恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断，对临床手术方式选择具有指导性意义。

Objective To study the different expression of integrinα5β3 and CD44v6 in follicular thyroid carcinoma and follicular thyroid adenoma and their clinical value, Methods Immunohistochemical methods was used to examine expression of integrinα5β3 and CD44v6 in 60 follicular thyroid carcinoma patients ,60 follicular thyroid adenoma and 60 normal thyroid tissues. Results The positive expression of integrinα5β3 in group A was 56.67% ,while in group B was 11.67%. The positive expression of CD44v6 in group A was 58.33% ,while it was 10.00% in group B. These results indicated difference between A group and B group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. integrinα5β3 and CD44v6 were negative in group C. Conclusion integrinα5β3 and CD44v6 protein are useful in early diagnosis of follicular thyroid carcinoma.
