从引信设计和生产的实践看 DFP 的必要性和潜力

Seeing the Necessity and Internal Capability of DFP through the Practice of Design and Production of a Fuze

从引信功能性能与可生产性的关系和对引信的技术、经济、社会要求出发，论述了引信可生产性设计（ＤＦＰ）的必要性，提出了ＤＦＰ的有效设计原则。举出生产中的几个实例说明了引信ＤＦＰ的潜力。指出了设计人员在进行可生产性设计时应当考虑的几个问题。

Proceeding from the relation between fuze function and producibility and the demands for fuze technology,economy and society,we explore the necessity of design for producbility (DFP) of fuzes and put forward the effective design principle of DFP. The examples given in prloduction have shown the internal capability of DFP of fuzes.It is pointed out that several problems should be considered by designers during producibility design of fuzes .
