聚乙二醇化技术在药物转运系统中的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 聚乙二醇化技术又称为PEG修饰技术,是目前分子变构化学中最重要的技术之一。经过近几十年的发展,PEG化技术不仅在蛋白质类药物的开发中得到普遍的应用,而且已扩展到新型药物载体、控释制剂等各个领域。本文从PEG化蛋白质类药物、PEG化疏水性药物、PEG化纳米共聚物给药系统以及PEG化脂质体等方面对近年来PEG化技术在药物转运系统中的应用及研究进展进行了综述。 EGylation, so called polyethylene glycol modification or chemical modifcation, is one of the most important technologies in molecular allosteric chemistry. In recent years, PEGylation has not only been applied in the development of protein pharmaceuticals, but also been expanded to many new fields such as drug carriers and controlled-release preparations. The latest investigation and application of PEGylation in drug delivery system including pegylated protein drugs, pegylated copolymeric micelles, pegylated liposomes, etc, were reviewed in this paper.
