超重力处理对小麦幼苗生长及抗盐性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以小麦为材料,研究了在600×g,4h、1 000×g,4h的超重力处理条件下,小麦种子萌发时的发芽率(Gr)、发芽指数(Gi)、幼苗生长的株高、根长以及鲜重的变化,以及根系活力和叶绿素的含量。结果显示:经超重力处理后,小麦的Gr和Gi有不同程度的降低。小麦幼苗明显变矮,鲜重有所降低,但根长明显增加;超重力处理的株高、根长以及鲜重脱氢酶活性、叶绿素含量都好于盐胁迫处理。说明超重力可以提高小麦的抗盐性,且1 000×g,4h的处理抗盐性高于600×g,4h的处理。 This research chose wheat treated with 600 × g, 1 000 × g for 4 hours (h) as material. Character indexes were analysized such as germinating rate (Gr) and germinating index (Gi) of wheat seed; plant height, root length, wet weight, chlorophyll content and the root activity of wheat seeding. The results showed that Gr and Gi decreased in some degree; plant height Bianai obviously, fresh weight decreased, but root length increased significantly; plant height, root length, chlorophyll content and the activity of dehydrogenase of wheat seeding treated with hypergravity were better than that treated with salt stress. The results suggested that hypergravity treatment can improve the salt-tolerence of wheat and 1 000 × g,4h treatment of wheat has priority than 600×g,4h.
