摘要 在盆栽条件下,研究了光照强度对丽格海棠生长发育过程中各个阶段叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白质含量及植物学性状的影响。结果表明:随着光照强度程度的加剧丽格海棠叶绿素含量呈下降趋势;可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白质含量在苗期和生长期均为5000~15000lx下最低,在开花期各处理间相差不大。光照强度对丽格海棠植物学性状的影响较为复杂。综合各项指标得出:丽格海棠苗期和生长期的最适合光强为5000~15000lx,开花期为5000lx以下。 Pot experiments were carried out to study the effect of fight intensity on chlorophyll content, contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein and Botanical Characteristics of Begonia Elatior. The result indicated that with the enhancing of light intensity ,the chlorophyll content of Begonia Elatior decreased ; the effect of light intensity on contents of soluble sugars and proteins in leaves are lowest at 5000- 150001x during seeding and growing, but little difference between each experiments during blooming. The effect of light intensity on botanical characteristics of Begonia Elatior is complicated. Comprehensive indicators expressed as during seeding and growing the most suitable light intensity is 5000-150001x and blooming is 50001x.
