RNA干扰在动物生殖生物学研究中的应用

摘要 RNA干扰(RNAi)是指双链RNA(dsRNA)分子在mRNA水平抑制相应基因的表达或使其沉默的过程,是一种序列特异性的转录后基因沉默。到目前为止,已经有很多试验证明RNAi作为一种基因功能研究的新手段,在哺乳动物卵母细胞及早期胚胎发育相关研究中发挥了极其高效的作用。本文综述了RNAi在哺乳动物生殖生物学研究中的应用进展。
