摘要
通过正交试验设计方法研究不同生根促进剂种类和浓度处理不同木质化程度的大叶栎穗条对扦插繁殖生根率及生根数的影响差异,结果表明:未木质化的嫩枝以550 mg.kg-1IBA+500 mg.kg-1ABT-1处理最好,平均生根率高达80.3%,平均生根数达7.8条.株-1。
Through the orthogonal experimental design,the effects of differem rooting accelerators and concentrations on the cutting propagation rooting rate and rooting number of Castanopsis fissa cutting with different lignified degrees were studied. The result shows that the mean rooting rate is 80.3% and the mean rooting number is 7.8 per plant with the treatment of 550 mg ·kg^-1 IBA +500 mg ·kg^-1 ABT-1 to non-lignified shoot.
