老年心房颤动相关性缺血性脑卒中预防研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 心房颤动（简称房颤）是临床最常见的心律失常．老年人中发病率相当高。过去十几年里对房颤的研究，为了尽量减少房颤引起的危害性．减轻其对社会、家庭造成的沉重负担。主要针对房颤的复律、控制心室律、抗血栓预防等方面进行研究。然而对每位患者而言，需根据具体情况选择不同的治疗方案。在老年房颤患者中．抗血栓形成治疗尤其显得重要。
