摘要
八段锦练习对躯体化、焦虑、其它症状的影响较为明显,达到了显著水平(P≤0.05);对强迫症状、抑郁、敌对、总均分方面有积极的影响,已达非常显著水平(P≤0.01)。结论:八段锦是一项中小强度的有氧运动,可以增强自我控制能力,重视修心养性,调整心态,促使大学生心理健康向积极的方面发展。
Abstract The effect of Baduanjin on mental health of college students was studied by Experimental methods. Baduanjin practitioners'somatization and anxiety and other symptoms were improved greatly with statistical significance ( P≤0.05 ). So did the obsessive - compulsive symptoms of depression, hostility and total average scores ( P≤0.01 ). Therefore, we came to the conclusion that baduanjin can help college students to promote their mental health and to develop a positive mind by enhancing their self - control and attention to spiritual cultivation and adjusting their mentality.
