摘要
本文用分数维布朗运动评定加工表面形貌,通过功率谱分析,获得机械加工表面的分形维数D、特征尺寸L0、比例系数K。分析表明这三个参数能够表征机加工表面,基于分数布朗运动所模拟的轮廓与实际的轮廓无论从外观还是统计量都非常相似。通过讨论还可以看出这种评定方法比传统方法所具有的优越性和代替传统方法的可能性。
The Fractional Brownian Motion (FBM) is applicable to the characterization of machined surface topography. By analysis of power spectrum, the fractional dimension D, characteristic length L 0 and scale coefficient K of the machined surface can be obtained. It has been shown that, the above three parameters can characterize a surface, and the stimulated profiles based on FBM agree well with the real profiles. The advantages of this new method over the traditional methods and its possibility to replace the traditional ones are also discussed in this paper.
