电子皮带秤的实物检验是保证其准确度的唯一基本的办法，但要经常对电子皮带秤进行实物校验却是困难的。使用电子皮带秤实物校验装置是解决这一难题行之有效的办法。本文从结构型式、布置方式、计量性能和使用效果等方面对目前较先进的ＭＤＣ系列电子皮带秤实物校验装置进行了较详细的论述，可供从事电子皮带秤计量及检定的工作人员参考。

Material calibration is the only basic method to ensure the accuracy of the electronic belt scales, but it is difficult to conduct such a material calibration in practice. To solve this problem, the electronic material calibration apparatus for belt scales has been developed. In this paper, the configuration, set up, measuring properties and usage effect of the advanced MDC serial of Electronic Material Calibration Apparatus for Belt Scales are described in detail.
