摘要
全纳教育是对“全民教育”思想的重要延伸,它强调让身心有障碍的学生获得和普通学生同等的教育机会、享有和普通学生同等的教育权利,其实质是“加强学生的参与,减少学生被排斥”。文章以此为研究视野,阐述了基础教育信息化发展的非均衡问题及原因,并在此基础上,探讨了解决非均衡发展状况的应对策略。
Inclusive education extends the idea of " education for all", emphasizes enabling students with physical or mental difficulty to enjoy equal education opportunity and right with ordinary students. Its essence is strengthening students'participation and reducing students' being rejected. This article elaborates causes of imbalanced development of basic education information system from the perspective of inclusive education, and then further discusses strategies for solving the problem.
