针对当前黑板、多媒体投影系统在课堂教学中应用的缺陷，提出了交互式电子白板的解决方案，并详细介绍了交互式电子白板的功能以及利用其特有功能，进行有效教学设计，构建新型教学模式的做法。

In view of the flaws in current application of blackboard and multimedia projection systems in classroom teaching, the paper proposes the solution by the interactive electronic whiteboard and introduces in detail functions of the interactive electronic whiteboard. Making use of these unique functions, we can make effective instructional design, which helps construct a new teaching mode.
