摘要
本文简述了２５３．７ｎｍ辐射源总辐射通量量值自动传递装置的原理、方法、结构特点以及短波紫外线的新型反射涂料，最后给出测量结果。
The concepts and structural features of the automatic value transferring apparatus for the total radiant flux of 253.7nm radiation source are briefly described in this paper, and a new kind of reflection coating for short visible and UV lights is introduced. The final measurement results have been presented.
