线结构光三维测量系统中旋转轴的标定方法 被引量:24

An Approach for Calibrating Rotor Position of Three-Dimensional Measurement System for Line-Structure Light

摘要 为简化旋转轴心线的定位,提出了一种基于平面参照物的现场标定方法.将一个绘制有棋盘格图案的靶标倾斜地放在旋转平台上,控制旋转平台任意旋转几个角度,并拍摄下每个位置处靶标的图片.通过处理这些图片获取靶标上特征点的空间坐标,对这些特征点作圆拟合得到一系列的圆心点,再对这些圆心点作直线拟合,建立起旋转轴的直线方程,完成旋转轴的标定.实验验证了该方法的可行性,实测物体的均方根误差为0.04 mm. To simplify the procedure of rotation axis positioning, a flexible and real-time calibration method is proposed. A plane calibration board with tessellated pattern is placed on the rotating stage, the calibration board was recorded at every point when the stage was rotated. Then the coordinates of these character points on the target are calculated by processing these pictures. At last, the axis equation of the working stage is acquired by linear fitting with the circle centers which were gotten by circle fitting with the character points. This method is proved by experiment, and the root-mean-square error of a measured object is 0.04 mm.
