摘要
借助人力资源管理中的胜任特征理论和研究方法,提出中小学教师工作胜任特征的理论结构,编制了中小学教师工作胜任特征问卷,通过分层对比专家、熟手及新手教师,根据统计分析结果建构了中小学教师工作胜任特征模型,包括业务知识、认知能力、教学监控能力、职业动机、职业发展、沟通合作、学生观、个人修养和个性特质。
With competency theories and research methods in human resources management teachers' competencies were contrasted and classified into expert teachers, competent teachers, and novices, exploring the competence dimensions and respective behavior indexes of Chinese primary and middle school teachers, the researcher compiled the "Middle School Teachers' Competency Pretest Questionnaire". A sample of 300 teachers participated in the investigation. According to the statistic analysis result, the competency model induded the 8 factors of professional knowledge, cognitive ability, teaching monitoring and control ability, career motive, career management, communication and cooperation, view on students, individual manners and personality traits.
