摘要
在集箱并联管组冷态空气模化实验台上,测定了Z型和U型两种典型集箱引入-引出方式下分配集箱与汇集集箱内的静压分布,结合并联支管总流量与集箱进口流量平衡关系,获得了并联支管的流速分布.将实验值分别与作者提出的集箱并联管组单相流体流动特性分布理论解以及前苏联锅炉机组水力计算标准方法的计算值进行了对比,结果表明:作者提出的理论解与试验值的吻合程度比标准值与实验值的吻合程度要好,从而证实了理论解比现有标准方法更精确.
The static pressure distribution along the distribution headers and collection headers with two typical header connecting systems of type-Z and type-U were measured on the cold model test rig. And the velocity distribution was acquired according to the flux balance between the total flux in the parallel branch tubes and the flux in the header inlet. The experimental results are compared with the theoretical solutions for single phase fluid in the headers and parallel tube set systems proposed by author and the calculation results made according to Boiler Standard Method for Hydraulic Calculation from former Soviet Union separately. Comparison results show that the theoretical solutions agree better with the experimental results than the calculation results, which indicates that the theoretical solution is more accurate than the available standard method.
