摘要
介绍采用物化法工艺处理发动机生产企业乳化液、涂装废水和综合废水的工艺流程及主要设计参数,并且深度处理后可回用。根据不同性质的水质采用不同的处理工艺,选用了运行稳定、处理效果好、运行费用较低的处理工艺。处理后的废水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》GB8978-1996一级标准,回用水水质达到《城市杂用水水质标准》GB/T18920-2002的要求。
The paper introduces the technical process and main parameters for design by adopting physical chemistry technique to treat waste water exhausted in engine production, which will be recycled after deep treatment. Different water quality adopts different treatment technique so that a kind of technique with stable running, good effects and low cost is selected. The quality of waste water treated reaches to GB8978-1996 standard I and the recycled water quality meets the requirements of GB/T18920-2002.
