摘要
目的研究药用植物清风藤Sinomenium acutum的化学成分。方法清风藤分离除去青藤碱后的苯母液经过反复硅胶柱色谱,以氯仿、氯仿-甲醇、石油醚.丙酮洗脱分离其中残余的其他生物碱类成分。通过波谱分析方法和X-射线衍射分析法确定化合物结构。结果从清风藤除去青藤碱后的母液中分离出4个微量生物碱,分别鉴定为:四氢表小檗碱tetrahydroepiberberine(I)、紫堇碱eheilanthifoline(Ⅱ)、8-氧四氢小檗碱8-oxocanadine(Ⅲ)、8-氧四氢巴马丁8-oxotetrahydropalmatine(Ⅳ)。结论化合物Ⅱ~Ⅳ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of Sinomenium acutum. Methods The mother liquid benzene, after the extraction of sinomenine from Sinomenium acutum, was subjected to repeated chromatography on a silica gel column and eluted with CHCl3, CHCl3/CH3OH and petroleum ether/acetone. All the isolated compounds were identified on the basis of spectral analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis. Results Four compounds were obtained and their structures were cha-racterized as tetrahydroepiberberine ( I ), cheilanthifoline ( Ⅱ ), 8-oxocanadine (Ⅲ ), 8-oxotetrahydropalmatine( Ⅳ ), respectively. Conclusion Compounds Ⅱ - Ⅳ were isolated from Sinomenium acutum for the first time.
