微波消解-双通道原子荧光法同时测砷硒

摘要 样品经微波消解,通过合理控制酸使用量,将体系的酸度控制在不影响结果的范围内,在不赶酸的情况下直接上机检测,既保证回收率,又提高检测速率。通过氢化物发生反应,双通道原子荧光法(HG-AFS)同时测定砷和硒。砷回收率92.9%-97.1%,变异系数1.84%;硒回收率92.4%-95.3%,变异系数1.30%。本方法快速、准确,适用于食品中砷和硒的测定。 Sample digested in PTFE pot by microwave oven was detected by dual channels determination of HG- AFS without dislodgment of acid. The recovery rate of As were in the range of 92.9%-97.1%, and the RSD of As was 1.84%. The recovery rate of Se were in the range of 92.4%-95.3%, and the RSD of Se was 1.30%. This method is simple, rapid and accurate. It suits the purpose of the simultaneous determination of As and Se in foods.
