举国体制下的职业化——我国女子高水平网球运动员培养体制分析

Under the Whole Nation System's Professionalism—Analysis on Trainning System of Women High Level Tennis Athlete in Our Country

通过分析我国女子高水平网球运动员现行培养体制,以及中国女网举国体制下的职业化存在的问题,并提出了逐步建立有中国特色的举国体制下职业化体制的构想,为我国尽快确立合适的网球体制作理论参考。

This paper analyzed present training system of female high level tennis athlete, as well as under the Chinese female net whole nation systerr;s professionalism existence＇s question, and proposed the vision that gradually established the whole national professionalism system with Chinese characteristic, for the purpose of making the theory reference for establishing the appropriate tennis system.
