摘要
采用SCL-90症状自评量表对柳州医学高等专科学校248名学生进行测试后,选出19名患有较为严重心理障碍的学生安排每周进行3次、每次2h的篮球练习,内容可以安排篮球游戏、篮球基本技战术、教学比赛等,实验时间为3个月。实验结果提示,长时间结伴方式的锻炼,能有效改善大学生的心理状况,运动锻炼与心理健康存在着显著的互动关系。
There are 248 students of Liuzhou Medical College to be tested with the SCL- 90, and 19 students with serious psychological barrier to be elected to do every 2 hour basketball practice three times a week. The practice content for three months can be arranged basketball games, basketball basic technical and competitionteaching. The results suggest that after a long time training, students can effectively improve the psychological conditions, physical exercise and mental health have a significant interaction.
