特制箱体在水中钢管施工时的应用

摘要 根据规划和设计要求,江东水厂新建一条直径1400mm的水管道需整条敷设在河中,由于工程施工场地的特殊性,需先将钢管在岸边焊接成几个大的管段,每个管段用盲板封好后逐条推入水中,为解决水中焊接问题,用钢板制作了一个大箱体,将管道对口处放在箱体里,利用特制箱体固定两管段接口,用潜水泵抽干箱体中的水,使箱体成为工作坑,人可进入箱内焊接,实现了钢管在水中简单、快速的焊接。文章介绍了箱体的制作和在水中焊接时的操作过程。 According to planning and design, a new water supply pipeline of 1 400 mm diameter owned by Jiangdong Water Supply Plant should be laid into a river. Owing to particularity of the construction site, it is necessary that steel pipes are welded on river bank to form several long pipeline sections, then each pipeline section is sealed with blind flanges at both ends and is pushed into water one by one. To perform underwater welding, a big box is made of steel plates, then the joint ends of two pipeline sections are put into the box and connected by a specific device. Water in the box is taken out by a submersible pump and the box becomes a working pit to allow personnel entering the box to perform simple and fast pipeline welding. The box manufacture and underwater welding procedure are illustrated in this paper.
