摘要
对某校大一学生进行自然教学实验,采用两阶段分层随机抽样法抽取88名被试进行SCL90心理健康问卷调查,发现被试后测结果分数在强迫、人际关系敏感、睡眠饮食3个因子以及总分、阳性项目数上显著低于前测;三次重复测量结果线性增长趋势不显著,但二次增长趋势非常显著;分组主效应和教师主效应不显著。大学心理健康教育显性课程明显改善了大学生的心理健康状况。
To study the effect of explicit curriculum of mental health education in university students'mental health. The froshes of a university participated in the natural instruction experiment, and the questionnaire of SCL90 was used to 88 subjects sampled by two-stage randomn sampling. The SCL90 scores of the posterior measurement were significantly lower than those of the anterior measurement in the dimensions of obsessive-compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, sleep &. eating, totall score and positive itemon; there was a significant quadratic growth trend among the results of the three repeated measurements, but the significant linear growth trend wasn't foud; the effects of gouping and teacher were not significant. Explicit curriculum of mental health education can improve university students'mental health.
