摘要
目的:研究蕨麻不同极性部位的抗缺氧活性。方法:采用常规液-液萃取法分离蕨麻不同极性部位,并通过小鼠常压缺氧模型研究各部位的抗缺氧活性。结果:与溶媒对照组相比,乙醇总提物、水溶部位、乙醇部位、正丁醇部位和石油醚部位使小鼠在常压缺氧条件下的存活时间分别延长了33.83%、45.50%、38.61%、36.91%和67.52%,具有显著性差异,其中水溶部位和石油醚部位还能同时降低小鼠整体耗氧量(P<0.05)。结论:蕨麻乙醇总提物、水溶部位、乙醇部位、正丁醇部位和石油醚部位均具有抗缺氧活性。
OBJECTIVE To study the activity of anti - hypoxia in every fraction with different polarity of Potentilla anserina L. METHODS The every fraction with different polarity of Potentilla anserina L was extracted with routine fluid - fluid method and their activities of anti - hypoxia were studied by the model of normobaric hypoxia in mice. RESULTS Compared with control group, the survival time of mice exposed to normobaric hypoxia was respectively prolonged for 33.83% ,45.50% ,38.61% ,36.91%, 67.52% by the alcohol extract of Potentilla anserina L. , the water soluble fraction, the ethanol fraction, the butanol fraction or the petroleum ether fraction. The oxygen consumption of the mice was significantly decreased by the water soluble fraction or the petro- leum ether fraction. CONCLUSION The alcohol extract of Potentilla anserina L. , the water soluble fraction, the ethanol fraction, the butanol fraction and the petroleum ether fraction all show the activities of anti - hypoxia.
