Suggestions on Strengthening Financial Management to Promote the Development of Land and Resources Survey

国土资源大调查实施以来,我国财政体制改革也在不断完善。为促进国土资源调查工作的发展,提出了深化财政支出管理改革提高预算编制水平、逐步完善预算管理加强项目管理、提高核算水平、加强项目经费监督检查与绩效考评等建议,并分析了国土资源调查项目经费管理依然存在的一些问题。

Financial system reform in China were getting constantly perfect since land and resources survey was carried out. In order to promote the development of land and resources survey, this pa- per put forward some suggestions, including deepening financial expenditure management reform to improve the level of budget, gradually perfecting budget management to strengthen project management, improving accounting standards, strengthening supervision and inspection of project funds and the performance appraisal. It also analyzed some problems about project funds management in land and resources survey.
