摘要
虚拟组织因其权能、柔性以及效率方面的巨大潜力而被人们普遍认为是21世纪的组织形式。它们的产生往往是由于传统的大型企业的“侵蚀弱化”。就网络结构而言,这些大型企业是由中型企业转化而来的。但是,在分解过程中减少的不仅仅是那些因企业规模而产生的弊端,同时亦包括其优点。正是在这一背景之下,我们将考察如何能保持住大型企业的优点,即便是在虚拟组织结构中。
With the enormous potentials of competence, flexibility and efficiency, virtual organizations are generally classified as the form of organization for the 21st century.They come into being often through the 'erosion' of conventional large-scale enterprises.These are transformed into structures of the network from medium-sized enterprises. In the course of dissolution, removed are not only the disadvantages but also the advantages of such enterprise. Under this background, we make an investigation on how the strengths of large-scale enterprises can be kept.
